Return and Exchange Policy

At Manokamna Fashion, we offer a one-time exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are permitted only for damaged items or incorrect sizes (if measurements do not match the size chart). Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp. Design exchanges are not allowed.
  • For exchanges due to damage, an unboxing video is required, and all original tags must remain intact.
  • Orders for L, XL, and XXL sizes are eligible for exchange, while customized M sizes are non-exchangeable.
  • Any requests for further assistance or clarification must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If an item needs to be returned, please contact us at +91-9694988666. Our customer care is available Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 6 PM IST. Manokamna Fashion is not responsible for any damage to products during transit.

Terms & Conditions for Exchange:

  • Notify us of any damaged or faulty items within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. We will not accept any exchange requests made after this period.
  • Return postage and exchange postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using registered or traceable postal services, as Manokamna Fashion is not responsible for items until they are received.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided for the value of the product. Please note that refunds will be processed within 3-4 working days.
  • If the product received is faulty or incorrect (wrong size, style, or color), we will offer an exchange or refund.
  • If an exchange is not possible, prepaid orders will be refunded through the payment gateway. For COD orders, a refund equal to the product value will be provided.
  • Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or refunded online, and stitched products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We do not guarantee colors, zari work, or fabrics. Please dry clean only.

Important Conditions:

  • A refund will be issued for product exchanges..
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt, with the original invoice included.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased on sale are only eligible for size exchanges, not refunds. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
  • Custom-made and stitched orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • The item must be in original, saleable condition, with tags and labels attached, and must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.

If you are unable to meet these requirements, Manokamna Fashion reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
